All year round for: € 79.00 / night for two people.
The prices include a delicious breakfast, as well as a set of bed and bath linen.
When staying in the room, it is possible to join a table in the evening (subject to reservation before 10.30 am) and this for a democratic price of € 25 per person.
Stay
The room is accessible from 4 pm and it is kindly requested that the rooms are vacated at 10.30 am on the day of departure.
Reservation and paymont
For the room we ask for a deposit of:
Rent from 1 night for overnight stay from 1 to 3 nights.
Rent from 3 nights for stays of 4 nights to a week.
Rent from 1 week for stays of a longer period.
Attention, there is no possibility to pay with credit cards. When booking we provide all necessary information regarding the invoice or to trasenfer.
Cancellation
up to 6 weeks before the stay, 25% of the reservation costs remains due.
up to 2 weeks before your arrival, 50% of the accommodation costs remain due.
from 2 weeks before the stay the full amount is due.
Responsibility
It goes without saying that your stay with us is also your responsibility and we ask you to have sufficient respect for our domain and all materials that are made available to you.
Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for accidents caused by you.
The presence of a large pond allows us to mention to you as a parent, grandparent, adult that the children are under your full responsibility.
