Can be rented for an extended week or per week.

This can be rented all year round for a week € 850.00.
The price includes gas, electricity, water and taxes.

When staying in the gite it is possible to join a table in the evening (subject to reservation before 10.30 am) and this for a democratic price of € 25 per person.


Stay
The gite is accessible from 4 pm and we kindly ask that it be free on the day of departure at 10.30 am.

Reservation and payment
A reservation is only valid if an advance of at least 30% is paid on the predetermined period of stay. The remaining 70% must be paid 4 weeks before your stay. If a reservation is made during the period of 4 weeks before the stay, you must pay the full amount.

Attention, there is no possibility to pay with credit cards; when booking we provide all necessary information regarding the invoice or to transfer.

Cancelletion

  • up to 6 weeks before the stay, 25% of the reservation costs remains due
  • tup to 2 weeks before your arrival, 50% of the accommodation costs remain due
  • from 2 weeks before the stay the full amount is due

Guarantee
A deposit of €250 is required for the gite. On arrival it is recommended to carefully go over the inventory so that there is no discussion possible on departure and return of the deposit.

Responsibility
It goes without saying that your stay with us is also your responsibility and we ask you to have sufficient respect for our domain and all materials that are made available to you.

Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for accidents caused by you.
The presence of a large pond allows us to mention to you as a parent, grandparent, adult that the children are under your full responsibility.
